The profile of intestinal parasitosis was assessed among patients on anticancer chemotherapy in Sana'a city, Yemen during the period from April to December 2011.
A total of 206 patients (115 males & 91 females), aged 3 to 18 years with mean of 14.17+3.13 were subjected to stool examinations by different techniques.
The overall rate of intestinal parasites was 63.1 %.
Cryptosporidium parvum was the highest (30.1 %) followed by G.

They showed 4.64 risk of protozoan infections compared to those who passed formed stool with statistically significant difference.
