درس تأثير الإجهاد نتيجة التجويع على نسيج العضو و التغيرات المظهرية له في سمكة الخشني Liza abu .
لوحظت تأثير هذا الاجهاد على تركيب الاعضاء, كما في الكلية و الكبد و الطحال و الغلاصم و العضلات الهيكلية و جدار المعدة, حيث اظهرت درجات متفاوتة من التلف و الذي يمثل نوعا من الخلل الوظيفي في أداء هذه الأعضاء.
اما النسيج الدرقي فقد وجد إنه يغزو العضلات المجاورة, في حين أظهرت المبايض شكلا آخر من الاستجابة.
Abstract EN
The present study examined the organ tissue response as well as morphological alterations with relation to stress, induced by food deprivation regimes in Liza abu.
It is concluded that starvation stress could be observed through organs structure, as is shown in kidney, liver, spleen, gills, skeletal muscles and stomach wall which underwent a damage in different degrees which represents a dysfunction in these organs.
The thyroid tissue invaded the neighboring muscles.
The ovary showed another response.
