The impact of literacy on sociolinguistic variation in Khasibi Iraqi Arabic

Abstract EN

This study examines the impact of learning on the social pattern of linguistic diversity in connection with four variables present in the audio tone of Abu al-Khasib, the Iraqi Arab Iraqi dialect spoken in the fertile father.

Rural area located in the southernmost part of Iraq applying quantitative analysis method to data material consists of the words recorded audio recording device to sixty people representing the users of the Arabic dialect spoken.

The current study reached the conclusion that the tone of my father speaking Fertile Iraqi Arab learners showed miles in their words to use language versions that are considered upscale niche of the four acoustic variables Search over more than uneducated peers.

This finding corresponds with the results of similar studies conducted in three other communities that use other Arab dialects
