يتضمن البحث تحضير بعض المركبات ثنائية الاستلين و ذلك باستخدام طرق الاقتران المعروفة حيث تعتبر هذه المركبات كنموذج (Model) للبوليمرات ثنائية الاستلين التي من خلالها يمكن التعرف على طبيعة التفاعلات التي تعانيها هذه البوليمرات.
اجريت تفاعلات الاكسدة لهذه المركبات النموذجية باستخدام عدة انواع من عوامل الأكسدة و وجد بأن حامض فوق الفورميك (performic acid) يحول هذه المركبات الكلايكولات و الكيتونات المقابلة.
Abstract EN
Some diacetylene compounds were prepared using the well known coupling procedures.
These compounds were used as model compounds for polydiacetylenes.
They subjected to oxidation with various oxidizing agents.
Reaction with performic acid gave the corresponding glycol or ketonic compounds
