تم الكشف خلال هذا البحث عن وجود الاخماج المتخفية لفاقدات الجدار بين مرضى ذات الرئة.
حيث عزلت المسبحيات الرئوية بنسبة 35.29%, الزوائف 23.52% و الكليبسيلا الرئوية 21.56%.
كانت العزول البكتيرية فاقدة الجدار على الأغلب أكثر حساسية للمضادات الحيوية الشائعة.
مع هذا لوحظ ظهور مقاومة متعددة للمضادات الحيوية بين هذه العزول.
و من خلال هذه الدراسة أمكن توضيح أبرز سمات الاخماج المتخفية و التي تميزت باستدامة الخمج.
تكرار الخمج و أخرى مرافقة لمقاومة المضادات الحيوية المتعددة.
Abstract EN
Streptococcus pneumoniae (35.29%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (23.52%) and Klebsiella pneumoniae (21.56%) cryptic infections were noted among pneumonic patients.
The cell wall defective bacteria (CWDB) were at most sensitive to common used antibiotics.
However emergence of multiple resistances of up to nine drugs were noted among CWDB.
By this cryptic infection can be defined as persistent, recurrent, associated with CWDB & some associated with multiple resistance.
