خلال الفترة من أيلول 2005 إلى أيار 2006 تم فحص 167 عينة براز و مسحات أخذت من المنطق المحيط بالمهبل من أطفال المدارس الابتدائي و غيرهم في محافظتي بابل و النجف. برهنت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن الإصابة بالدودة الدبوسية لها علاقة و تأثير مباشر على عملية التبول الليلي عند الأطفال, حيث بلغت النسبة الإجمالية للشفاء من هذه الظاهرة بعد العلاج الطفيلي المذكور 48.38% من 31 مريض. تبين من خلال هذه الدراسة أن الإصابة بالدودة الدبوسية عند الإناث أقوى مما هو عليه عند الذكور في هذه الظاهرة حيث سجلت نسبة الشفاء من التبول الليلي عندهم 64.28% بينما عند الذكور %34.29 و هذا يعني عند الإناث أعلى بضعف تقريبا.
Abstract EN
During the period from Septemper 2005 and May 2006 we examined 167 Samples of Stool and is it vaginal swabs .They taken from the primary School children and others in Babylon and Najaf governerates.
The results of this study have proved that the infestation with Enterobius Vermecularis has asiguificant relationship with night bed wetting in children The percentage of patients infested with E.vermicularis and enuresis is 48.38 % after treatment with antihelminthic drugs from 31 Patients .
According to this study the infleunce of enterobiasis in females is more than in mals.
The evidence of this result is the increase cure rate in famale patients
