تم في هذا البحث تحديد التأثير القاتل لكل من المستخلص الإيثانولي و القلويدات الخام لأوراق نبات البجنجل Prosopis farcta على الرؤيسات الأولية لطفيلي المشوكة الحبيبية Echinococcus granulosus في الزجاج بالمقارنة مع عقار الميبندازول (العقار المتداول في علاج مرض الأكياس المائية) في الدرجيتين الحراريتين 37 و 4 م°.
و ضمن فترات زمنية مختلفة.
أظهر كلا المستخلصين تأثير قاتلا قويا في درجة 37م°، كما تبين أن مستخلص القلويدات الخام لأوراق البجنجل له تأثيرا أقوى من المستخلص الكحولي لتلك الأوراق في قتل الرؤيسات الأولية، حيث أن تأثيرها القاتل للرؤيسات الأولية في التراكيز الدنيا (31.2، 62.5) ملغم / مل حصل خلال مدة قسيرة نسبيا (3 و 13 يوم، في الدرجتين الحراريتين 37 و 4م°) على التوالي.
Abstract EN
The scolicidal effects of crude ethanolic extract and crude alkaloids of Prosopis farcta leaves on protoscolices of Echinococcus granulosus were appraised in vitro, in comparison with mebendazole (the drug of choice in the treatment of echinococcosis) at 37C0 and 4C0 and at different time intervals.
Both extracts exerted higher effect at 37C0, and the crude alkaloids were more effective than ethanolic extract as it gave a scolicidal effect especially at the lower concentrations used (62.5, 31.2 mg / ml) within shorter periods (3 days and 13 days at 37C0 and 4C0 respectively.
