Arabic Abstract

فمن أسباب اختيار هذا الموضوع هو الحاجة الماسة لثقافة ترتكز على أساسيات الإسلام و هي القران الكريم و السنة النبوية حتى لا ينخرط المسلمون إلى الثقافات الأخرى و من أهدافه : 1- بلورة الثقافة الإسلامية : لتكون في مستوى مواجهة تحديات العولمة المعاصرة و الارتقاء بها من حيث إثبات و جودها كمشروع حضاري متجدد سمته الوسطية و الاعتدال.

2- وضع خطة على أسس سليمة توجه العالم الإسلامي و ترسى قواعد سيره.

استخدمت منهج المقارنة و التحليل و قسمت البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول و هي : 1- الفصل الأول : الثقافة الإسلامية مفهومها، خصائصها و مصادرها.

2- الفصل الثاني : الحضارة الإسلامية و التحدي المعاصر.

3- الفصل الثالث : قضايا في الثقافة الإسلامية.

و كل فصل يشمل عدد من المباحث.

و ختمت البحث بالخاتمة و هي تشمل : 1- النتائج.

2- التوصيات.

فمن أهم النتائج أن الثقافة الإسلامية تعنى القيم و المبادئ و إن الإسلام لا يعارض العولمة و لكن يأخذ الجوانب المتفقة مع التعاليم الإسلامية.

و من أهم التوصيات : أوصى بإقامة التوعية بتعاليم الإسلام و رد الشبهات المثارة حولها و عدم احتضان الثقافة الغربية و إنما الاستفادة منها وفق الشرع.

English Abstract

The reasons for choosing this topic is the urgent need for culture that depends upon fundamentals of Islamic ( Holy Koran and Prophetic Sunna ) so that Muslims not to associate into other cultures.

Form it's objectives : - • Crystallization of Islamic culture : So as to be at the challenge confrontation level of contemporary globalization as well as it's existence promotion as a renewal civilized project it's characteristics are compromising and moderate.

• Setting o suitable plan directing the Islamic world and achieves it's basics procession.

I have used here analytical comparing method and divided the research into the following three chapters : - 1.

The first chapter : The Islamic culture, it's concept, characteristics and resources.

2.

The second chapter : Islamic civilization and contemporary challenge 3.

The third chapter : Cases in Islamic culture .

And each chapter includes number of themes and I have finalized the research with the conclusion which including the following : - The results .

The recommendations From the important result is that Islamic culture means values and principles where the Islamic does not object the globalization , but it takes the aspects that agreed with Islamic teachings.

The important recommendations are : - I recommend of Islamic teachings enlightenment to be made and repulsion of suspicion made around as well as the Western culture not to be embraced , but benefit from it can be taken according to Islamic law .
