تضمنت الدراسة التحليل الوراثي لمتوسطات ستة أجيال هي : BS1 , F3 , F2 , P2 و BS2 لتهحينين من الشعير سداسي الصفوف (جزيرة -1 × بندكت و بركة × اريفات) لتقدير المعالم الوراثية التي تسيطر على وراثة كل من ارتفاع النبات و حاصل الحبوب و عدد السنابل و طول السنبلة و وزن 100 حبة و عدد الحبوب بالسنبلة، زرعت حبوب الأجيال الستة في محطة التجارب النباتية / كلية التربية / جامعة الموصل للموسم الزراعي ل200-2002 باستخدام تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة و بأربعة مكررات.
أشارت النتائج إلى ملائمة أنموذج المعالم الوراثية الثلاثة في وراثة عدد السنابل بالنبات في التهجين الثاني و عدم ملاءمته للصفات الأخرى في التهجينين.
Abstract EN
The study included genetical analysis of the means for six generations namely P1, P2, F2, F3, BS1 and BS2 of two crosses in a six row barley (Jezera–1 X Bendicat and Baraka X Arivate) to estimate the genetic parameters that control following traits: plant height grain yield, number of spikes per platnt, spike length, weight of 100 grains and number of grains per spike.
The grains of the six generations were planted at Botanical experimental station, college of education, Mosul University in the growing season 2001-2002 using C.R.B.D.
with four replications.
The rasults indicated that three–parameter modol was adequate for number of spikes per plant in the second cross.
