تم في هذا البحث تحضير نوافذ بصرية تعمل ضمن الطول الموجي لمدى الأشعة تحت الحمراء باستعمال طلاء غير عاكس من مادة اوكسيد الألمنيوم (AI2O3) على قواعد من (ZnSe) بحيث يغطي النافذة الجوية (3-5) مايكرو متر.
فباستعمال ثمان طبقات من اوكسيد الألمنيوم و على جانبي القاعدة كانت أعظم نفاذية بحدود 97 % عند الطول الموجي 4.4 مايكرومتر.
Abstract EN
In this work optical window for infrared region was p repared by using Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3)material as antireflection coating on ZnSe substrate which covers the atmosp heric window 3-5μm.
the maximum transition was 97% at a wavelength 0f 4.4μm.
