لأجل دراسة حركية أنزيم كتليز كريات حمراء الدم البشري باستعمال H2O2 مادة أساس و كذلك مستقبلا للهيدروجين في الأفراد غير المدخنين و المدخنين بإسراف.
حامض الانثرانيلك و بارا-امينو حامض البنزويك استعملت لدراسة تأثيرهما في هذا الأنزيم.
أكدت الدراسة الحركية أن الانثرانلك مثبط لا تنافسي بقيم ل 0.95 Km و 1.0 لغير المدخنين و المدخنين على التوالي، بارامينو حامض البنزويك وجد لكي يكون مثبطا تنافسيا مع قيم لـ 8.0 Vmax و 8.9 لغير المدخنين و المدخنين على التوالي.
Abstract EN
In order to study the kinetic of human erythrocytes catalase a well –known enzy me uses H2O2 as substrate as well as hy drogen acceptors, in non smokers and smoker individuals.
Anthranilic acid and p-Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA) were used to study their effect on the enzy me.
The kinetic study confirmed that anthranilic is a non-competitive inhibitor with Km values of 0.95 and 1.0 for non smokers and smokers respectively (PABA) was found to be a competitive inhibitor with Vmax values of 8.0 and 8.9 for nonsmoker and smoker respectively
