نورد هنا حالة نقص صفيحات شديد مع آفات عظمية حالة متعددة.
أظهر فحص نقي العظام وجود حبيبوم متجبن يوجه لتشخيص الحالة كسل دخني.
لم يلاحظ وجود دلائل على إصابة رئوية لدى المريضى، كما لا توجد حالة مرضية أخرى مرافقه لديها.
استجابت المريضة استجابة جيدة للمعالجة الدرنية.
Abstract EN
A case of severe thrombocytopenia with multiple bony lytic lesions is presented.
Bone marrow examination revealed caseating granuloma suggestive of disseminated tuberculosis.
There was no evidence of pulmonary involvement with tuberculosis and the patient didn’t have any other comorbid condition.
The patient responded well to standard antituberculous treatment.
