تمت دراسة تأثير مبيد القوارض مانع التخثر brodifacoum على تكاثر ذكور فأر البيت mus musculus المصطادة من مواقع مختلفة في محافظة بغداد، بعد تغذيتها على عليقة حاوية على (ملغم 100.75.50) من الطعوم الحاوية على المادة الفعالة، أو ضحت النتائج حصول انخفاضا معنويا (p < 0.01) في أوزان و حجوم الخصي و وزن البربخ (الرأس و الذنب) و في أعداد الخلايا النطفية المختلفة و سبب المبيد انخفاضا معنويا لتركيز النطف و ارتفاعا معنويا للنطف الميتة و غير الطبيعية في كل من الخصي و البرابخ.
Abstract EN
The study dealt with the effect of the anticoagulant rodenticide ٢٠٨٦'، Brodifacom on the reproduction of male mus musculus trapped 50) different localities of Baghdad province and fed with different doses 75 .100 mg) of pellets of this rodenticide.
The results showed a, testicular weight and volume, ١٦؛ (0.01 >significant decrease (p epididymal ( head and tail) weight and numbers 0،’ different ١٦؛ spermatogenic cells.
The rodenticide caused a signiilcant decrease dead and abnormal ١١٦ sperms concentration and a significant increase testes and epididymis- ١١؛ s
