تم تحضير أغشية a-Ge : As الرقيقة بتقنية التبخير الحراري.
و من ثم لدنت إلى مختلف درجات الحرارة ضمن المدى (373-473) K.
إن نتيجة طيف حيود الأشعة السينية بينت أن النماذج عشوائية التركيب قبل و بعد التلدين.
إن البحث يدرس تأثير درجات حرارة التلدين كدالة للطول الموجي على فجوة الطاقة البصرية و الثوابت البصرية لأغشية a-Ge : As الرقيقة.
لقد بينت النتائج أن قيم فجوة الطاقة البصرية Egopt تزداد مع زيادة درجات حرارة التلدين ضمن مدى القياس نتيجة لنقصان حالات العيوب قرب الحزمة.
إن معامل الانكسار و الجزء الحقيقي و الخيالي من ثابت العزل و معامل الخمود يقل مع زيادة درجة حرارة التلدين.
Abstract EN
a-Ge: As thin ٢١١™$ have prepared by thermal evaporation teclinique, then they were annealing at various temperatures within the range (3?3-473) K.
'1'hc result of X-ray diffraction $peetrum was showing that all the specimens remained in amorphous structure before and after annealing process.
This paper studied the cffcct of annealing temperature as a function of ^•avelength on the optical energy gap and optical constants for the a-Ge:As thin films .
Results have showed that there was an increasing in the optical energy gap (Eg0pt) values with the increasing of the annealing temperatures within the range of measurements due to the decrease in defect states near the bands.
The refraction index ٠ real and imagina^ parts of dielectric constant and the extinction coefficient decrease with the increasing of the annealing temperatures.
