نفذت الدراسة في كلية الزراعة-جامعة البصرة للموسم الزراعي 2009-2010 لدراسة التأثير الاليلوباني لدغل الحندقوق في إنبات و نمو نبات الطماطة.
شملت الدراسة تجربتين، تجربة مختبرية و تجربة سنادين بهدف دراسة التأثيرات الاليلوبانية للمستخلصات المائية للأجزاء النباتية (بذور، مجموع خضري، مجموع جذري) لنبات الحندقوق في إنبات و نمو نبات الطماطة.
بينت الدراسة أن المستخلص المائي لبذور نبات الحندقوق قد أثر معنويا في نسبة الإنبات و سرعة الإنبات و كانت نسبة الانخفاض مع معاملة المقارنة (49 %، 31 %) على التوالي.
في حين انخفض طول الجذير و طول الرويشة انخفاضا معنويا عند معاملة بذور نبات الطماطة بالمستخلص المائي لبذور نبات الحندقوق و كانت نسبة الانخفاض مع معاملة المقارنة (52 %، 46 %) على التوالي.
كذلك أثر المستخلص المائي لبذور نبات الحندقوق بصورة معنوية في الوزن الجاف للرويشة و كانت نسبة الانخفاض مع معاملة المقارنة (40 %).
أما تأثر المستخلصات المائية لنبات الحندقوق في نمو نبات الطماطة فقد بينت النتائج إلى تأثير كلا من طول المجموع الجذري و طول النبات و كذلك عدد الأوراق تأثيرا معنويا بالمستخلص المائي للمجموع الجذري لنبات الحندقوق و كانت نسبة الانخفاض مع معاملة المقارنة (35 %، 64 %،39 %) على التوالي في حين تأثر الوزن الجاف للمجموعين الخضري و الجذري تأثيرا معنويا بالمستخلص المائي للجذور لنبات الحندقوق و كانت نسبة الانخفاض مع معاملة المقارنة (127 %، 54 %) على التوالي.
Abstract EN
This study was conducted IN Agricultural Colleg-Basrah university, to investigate the allelopathic effects of different parts of (Militates inflict) weed on germination and growth of tomato plant' By tow experiments ; laboratory and pot experiment' The results showed significant allelopathic effects of seed aqueous extraction of Mellitus indicia, on germination percentage and germination rate' The reduction of percentage compared to the control treatment was (49 %, 31 %) respectively.
Also the radical and plumage length of tomato plant reduced of seed aqueous extract of Mellitus indicia weed significant.
The reflection percentage compared to the control treatment was (52 %, 46 %) respectively.
The seed aqueous extract of Mellitus inflict weed caused significant effect on seedling dry weight of plumage.
The reduction of percentage compared to the control treatment was (40oh).
Respecting the result of the field experiments ; root extract of .
Mellitus indicia weed caused significant inhibition in the length of plant, length of root growth and leaf number.
The reduction of percentage compared to the control treatment was (35 %, 64Yo and 39 %) respectively.
Dry weight of roots and Vegetative growth of tomato plant were inhibited significant by root aqueous extract.
The reduction percentage compared do the control treatment was (127 %, 54 %) respectively.
