في هذه الدراسة تم تقييم التأثيرات الضارة لمستخلصات نبات القات المعامل بالرش بمبيد الدايموثيت عند مستوى 14 مجم / كجم و المعطى عن طريق الفم و تأثير ذلك على فئران mice كل 48 ساعة لمدة شهرين (30 جرعة) مع تسجيل تأثير ذلك على خصائص الحيوانات المنوية (حركية الحيوانات المنوية – و حيويتها و تركيزها) في الحيوانات المعاملة مقارنة بغير المعاملة. و لقد لوحظ تغيرات معنوية في حجم و عدد و حيوية الحيوانات المنوية في الأفراد المعاملة بالتركيز 14 مجم / كجم مقارنة بالكنترول.

و هكذا يتضح إخطار مستخلصات أوراق نبات القات الذي سبق معاملة رشا بالمبيدات (مثل الدايمثويت) على الصحة الإنجابية للأفراد الذي تعودوا على مضغ أوراق القات المعامل بالمبيدات.

و هذا ينبه أي المخاطر الصحية لمثل هذه العادات التي تشكل خطورة على الإنسان مما يؤكد أهمية البنية إلى تلك المخاطر و ضرورة إيقافها.

Abstract EN

evaluate the effects of Qat, Catha echilis, (The present study was aimed the dosage ievcl of 14 mg / kg on ، combination witb dimethoate ٤٨ extracts combined with dimethoate were orally آ™ice reproduction.

Qat extracts alone e every other day (total of 30 treatments).

Seminal;،؛given by gavage to male m fluid analysis (percentage of sperm viability, percentage of sperm motdity, sperm grade motility and sperm concentration) was recorded.

The percentage of sperm viability, was not significantly affected by the treatment with either or 5.

0 g Qat extract / Kg body weight compared to Ibc control.

The percentage of sperm viability, percentage of spcrnt motility, sperm grade motility and sperm concentration were significantly (p < 0-05) affected after treatment with 14 mg dimcthoate ^g compared wito the control.

dimethoate) necessitates the public awareness specially between youngsters to avoid the fatal habit of Qat chewing and also the adverse effect of che ^ vin ^ Qat leaves on the productivity and < t fertility.
