أجريت الدراسة في قسم البستنة / كلية الزراعة و الغابات للموسم 2006-2005 لدراسة تأثير عاملين في زيادة نسبة نجاح التطعيم الدرعي لصنف الكاكي (تاموبان) على أصل الكاكي "لوتس"، و تضمنت الدراسة غمس المطعوم قبل إجراء عملية التطعيم لمدة (5) ثوان في محاليل من أندول حامض الخليك (IAA) بالتركيز صفر و 30 و 60 ملغم / لترˉ¹ و الكاينتين بالتراكيز صفر و 2 و 4 ملغم / لتر-¹ و التداخل بينهما في نجاح التطعيم و النمو اللاحق لطعوم الشتلات الناتجة من زراعة البذور و المزروعة في أحواض، و بينت النتائج أن نسبة الطعوم الناجحة في التجربة كانت مرتفعة عند معاملة الطعوم بــ (IAA) و الكاينتين مقارنة مع الطعوم غير المعاملة، و نتجت أعلى نسبة نجاح للتطعيم (75 %) من التداخل بين الطعوم المعاملة بــ و 60 ملغم/ لترˉ¹ (IAA) و 4 ملغم / لترˉ¹ كاينتين، كذلك كانت المعاملة بــ (IAA) و الكاينتين فعالة في تحسين النمو الخضري و الجذري للطعوم النامية.
Abstract EN
This research was conducted in Horticulture laboratories/College of Agriculture and Forestry/Mosul University during 2005 and 2006 seasons.
The study included three concentrations of IAA (0, 30 and 60 mg.l-1 ) and kinetin (0, 2 and 4 mg.l-1 ) as a quick dip to "Tamopan" cv.
Scions before budding on "lotus" kaki rootstocks seedlings planted in the beds on15th September.
It was obvious from the results that treatments with IAA and kinetin resulted in a higher buddings success as compared with control treatment, and scions treated with IAA and kinetin at the concentration (60 and 4 mg.l-1 ) respectively resulted in the highest buds intakes (75%) and improved the subsequent growth of scions.
Besides, IAA and Kinetin treatments improved vegetative and root growth of the scions.
