تستخدم في هذا البحث الميكروسكوب الضوئي و الإلكتروني المسحي و النافذ لدراسة العيوب السطحية لمادة 08Cr18Ni10Ti عند تعريضها للإجهاد الإتلافي المتكرر.
و قد أظهرت نتيجة الاختبار تكون تراكيب منتشرة ناتجة عن تغير على مستوى الحبييات، و تشققا سطحيا إضافة إلى تكون عيوب داخلية في المادة.
كما وجدنا أن العديد من عوامل و ميزات المادة مثل كثافة العيوب، و نسبة حجم الحبيبات، و درجة الإزاحة تصل إلى قيم عظمى قريبة من السطح.
Abstract EN
Studies of fracture surface and defect substructure state of 08Cr18Ni10Ti steel subjected to asymmetrical cyclic bending have been carried out by methods of optical, scanning and transmission electron microscopy.
It has been shown that fatigue tests result in the formation of structural gradient expressed in regular change of the grain structure parameters, fracture surface relief, and defect substructure in the material as the distance to the loading surface increases.
It has been revealed that values of scalar and excess dislocation density, volume fraction of grains containing deformation microtwins, the degree of dislocation substructure organization reach the maximum values near the surface of sample.
