سوف نقدم –في هذا البحث- تقيما لتجارب الإجهاد لحديد (D38MSV5S)HSLA عن تعريضه لدورات إجهاد عالية (VHCF) حتى 1010 دورات. و قد أجريت تجارب الإجهاد على نسب أحمال R=0.1 و -1 و 20kHz و 35HZ فوجدنا أنه ليس للتردد أثر على بيانات الإجهاد.
و يمكن أن يحدث الإجهاد بعد 7 10 دورات بحيث يتواصل تحمل الإجهاد بالتناقص مع ازدياد عدد الدورات ب R = -1 ، لكن لا يحدث إلا بعد 7 10 دورات في حالة R=0.1.
وقد وجدنا ان ميكانيكية بداية التشققات مشابهة لما وجده باحثون آخرون ل(VHCF) – تعرف ب (فشل عين السمكة ) ، و ذلك في أثناء التحليل التصويري للشقوق.
Abstract EN
A fatigue experimental assessment is described for an HSLA steel (high-strength, low-alloy steel) D38MSV5S on very high cycle fatigue (VHCF) up to 1010 cycles.
The fatigue testing has been conducted at load ratio, R = 0.1 and –1, under 20 kHz and 35 Hz.
Herein, it will be observed that the test frequency does not have any effect on fatigue data.
The fatigue failure can occur over 107 cycles.
The fatigue endurance continues to decrease with an increasing number of cycles for R = –1, but, for R = 0.1 no fatigue failure happened over 107 cycles.
Finally, the same crack initiation mechanism that has been observed by other researchers on VHCF (termed fish-eye failure), has been found during our fractographic analysis.
