لقد تم - في هذا البحث - تحضير محفزات من كبريتيد Ni-MO / Al2O3 ثنائي المعدن بوساطة طريق التشريب (IMPR) الميكانيكية (MECH) و طريقة حرق Matrix العضوية .(OMXC) كما تم تحديد خواص المحفزات بوساطة الامتزاز الفيزيائي بالنيتروجين، و انحراف أشعة إكس و التحليل الدقيق بوساطة المجس الإلكتروني و مطياف رامان.

و قد أجريت عملية كبرتة للمحفزات المحضرة و دراسة فعاليتها في عملية نزع الكبريت بالهدرجة (HDS) للثيوفين تحت ضغط جوي واحد و درجة حرارة 350م.

و قد وجد بأن المحفز الذي تم تحضيره بطريقة(OMXC) أ أكثر فعالية بحوالي 57 % مقارنة مع المحفزات المحضرة بطرق MECH و IMPR.

Abstract EN

-Bimetallic Ni–Mo sulfide Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation (IMPR), mechanical (MECH) and organic matrix combustion (OMXC) methods.

The prepared catalysts were characterized by nitrogen physisorption, X-ray diffraction, electron probe microanalysis, and Raman Spectroscopy.

The samples were sulfided and their activity in hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of thiophenes at a pressure of 1 atm and a temperature of 350ºC was tested.

It was found with Ni–Mo that the catalyst prepared by the OMXC method is more active (by upto 57%) as compared with the corresponding catalysts prepared by (MECH) and conventional impregnation methods.
