Abstract EN

-This research is titled "Imam replacement (Istikhlaf ) in pray as a comparative Fiqh study" that discusses in-depth the vital disagreement through clarifying the meaning of (Istikhlaf) and it's judgment depending upon Fuqaha's books, purpose of disagreement, evidences of each Jurisprudential doctrine.

The researcher found that (Istikhlaf) – mean having replaced Imam when the main Imam can't continue due to Legitimate reason – is approved and allowed in Islam and can be done in Congregational Prayer and Friday pray.

The researcher mentioned the allowed reasons, conditions, preferences, way of conducting, and finally it's judgment before, within and after pray speech.
