أجريت في هذه الدراسة معالجة حرارية للكوك النفطي السوري في جو خال من النتروجين في الضغط الجوي، و ذلك لدراسة أثر المعالجة الحرارية في الكثافة الحقيقية للكوك تزداد ازديادا مستمرا مع ارتفاع درجة الحرارة و أن المقدار المعدل لزيادة الكثافة تابع لدرجة الحرارة، بحيث أمكن تقسيم المجال الكامل للمعالجة الحرارية إلى ثلاث مراحل.
و قد شوهدت الزيادة العظمى في الكثافة في المجال الحراري الواقع بين 800 و 1200 ك، و كان تغير الكثافة في هذه المرحلة تابعا لمقدار المواد المتبخرة الخارجة من الكوك، و بلغت الكثافة الحقيقية التي أمكن الحصول عليها 2.1 غ / سم3 في الدرجة 1700 ك.
Abstract EN
Syrian green delayed petcoke was thermally treated in an inert atmosphere of nitrogen at atmospheric pressure in order to investigate the effects of thermal treatment on the true density of the coke.
A continuous increase in the true density was observed, and a maximum density of 2.1 g / cm3 was obtained at a temperature of 1700 K.
The rate of density increase varied greatly at different temperature ranges.
Three stages, with different rates of density increase, were thereby indicated.
Most of the density increase took place in the temperature range 800–1200 K as a consequence of volatile matter release.
