في هذه الورقة تم تقديم بيئة ذكية للتكامل بين التصميم و التفتيش بهدف بدء التفتيش مبكرا في مرحلة التصميم.
بعد ذلك تم تطوير أسلوب هجين ذي قاعدة معرفية للتكامل ما بين التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب و التفتيش التخطيطي بمساعدة الحاسوب، سمي فيما بعد بـ "التصميم و التفتيش التخطيطي بمساعدة الحاسوب".
و قد تم تبني هذا النظام المطور للتخطيط التفتيشي البعدي المحوسب، كما تم غربلة المعالم الوظيفية الحرجة اعتمادا على الصفات المميزة لمعالم الأجزاء بهدف تطبيق التفتيش التخطيطي.
و من خلال فحص النظام المطور، فقد تم تصغير أعداد المجسات المتجهة المتعلقة بأهم معالم تفتيش الأجزاء المنشورية، و تقليل هام لكلف التفتيش، و تحرير الموارد البشرية.
و هذا بمجموعه يميل إلى زيادة رضا الزبائن كهدف نهائي للنظام المطور.
Abstract EN
In this paper an intelligent environment to integrate design and inspection was introduced to bring inspection earlier to the design stage.
A hybrid knowledge-based approach integrating computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided inspection planning (CAIP) was developed, thereafter called computer-aided design and inspection planning (CADIP).
CADIP was adopted for automated dimensional inspection planning.
Critical functional features were screened based on certain attributes for part features for inspection planning application.
Testing the model resulted in minimizing the number of probing vectors associated with the most important features in the inspected prismatic part, significant reduction in inspection costs and release of human labor.
In totality, this tends to increase customer satisfaction as a final goal of the developed system.
