سوف نقدم في هذا العمل طريقة سريعة و ناجعة لتقييم قدرة أمان الشبكات الكهربائية خلال نظامي التشغيل الدائم و الانتقالي.

و قد اقترحنا لذلك استعمال مؤشرات تعتمد على حساب قيم مزدوجتي التزامن و الإخماد عن طريق الشبكات العصبية ذات نظام التلقين غير المراقب.

و قد مكــننا التطبيق العملي لهذه التقنية المقترحة من التصنيف الآلي لحالات الشبكة بتحديد كامل للحوادث التي تشكل خطرا في وقت قصير و نجاعة كبيرة.

Abstract EN

This paper proposes a new methodology for the power system dynamic security assessment.

Based on the concept of stability margin, the method estimates a dynamic stability index that corresponds to the most critical value of synchronizing and damping torques of multimachine power systems.

ANN-based pattern recognition is carried out with the self-organization feature mapping developed by Kohonen.

Numerical tests, carried out on the IEEE 9-Bus power system are presented and discussed.

The analysis using such method provides accurate results with a great saving in computational time.
