قمنا في هذا البحث بتطوير أنموذج لطريقة الإسفين التقاطعي الدوار باستخدام أسلوب العناصر الحدية من خلال عرض بعض أمثلة المحاكاة العددية لتوزيع الإجهاد و معدل الإجهاد و متوسط الإجهاد، إضافة إلى مركبات الحمل الدوار.

و بالاعتماد على هذا الأنموذج قمنا بالتنبؤ بظاهرة تكون الثبات ألتقاربي أي الانزلاق غير القابل للتحكم، و إمكانية حصر القلب الوسطي.

و سوف نقدم في هذا البحث تدوير البكرة ألتشكلي كمثال أكثر تقدما للأنموذج الميكانيكي-الحراري لطريقة الإسفين التقاطعي الدوار.

Abstract EN

On the basis of the finite elements method, a three-dimensional mechanical model of the cross-wedge rolling process has been developed.

Examples of numerical simulation for strain distributions, strain rate, mean stress, and rolling load components have been included.

By means of the cross-wedge rolling process model presented herein, forecasting of phenomena limiting forming stability, i.e.

uncontrolled slipping and core necking is possible.

The rolling of reel forging has been presented as a more advanced thermo–mechanical model of cross-wedge rolling process.
