يناقش هذا البحث التراكيب و الكلمات التي تصف المقطع الاسمي، على وجه الخصوص : الجملة الموصولة، و مقطع النعت، و مقطع المصدر.
تمت دراسة هذه التراكيب ضمن النظرية النحوية الحالية كما تمثلت في كتاب تشومسكي (The Minimalist Program) و الدراسات المشابهة، يبدأ البحث من تحليلات كاين أو ما يعرف بنظرية the Linear Correspondence Axiom LCA المتعلقة بالبنية التركيبية للجملة الموصولة و مقطع المصدر و كذلك مقطع النعت، و التي يدعي كاين أنها تتدرج جميعا تحت تركيب موحد.
كذلك لخص البحث أوجه الاعتراض على وصف كاين الذي تقدم به بورسلي.
ضمن هذا الإطار، يعرض البحث التحليلات التقليدية الشائعة التي تضع هذه التراكيب في تفرع مفصلي تحت س متكرر يقع على يمين / شمال الاسم.
بعد استعراض الأمثلة المتشابهة في اللغات : العربية و العبرية و الفرنسية و الصينية، و بعد الدراسة النقدية لنظرية كاين، يقدم البحث تحليلا جديدا يضع التراكيب المشار إليها أعلاه بالنسبة للاسم الذي تتبعه في شكل هندسي محدد يخضع لمبادئ و شروط نظرية كاين بدون عيوبها.
و بذلك يختلف التحليل المقدم هنا عن تحليلات كاين و بورسلي، و عن التحليلات التقليدية لكنه ينسجم تمام مع أطر الاتجاه "المنمالستي" الحديث.
Abstract EN
This paper investigate s the syntax of nominal modifiers: relative clauses, adjecti val / participial constituents .
and some theoretical analyses describing them within the mainstream of current syntactic theory.
In particular.
we summarize and evaluate description s concerning nominal modifiers proposed by Kayne (LCA), and the reply of Borsley.
in addition to other analyses.
such as Chomsky and l .asnik, We will show how analyses presented by Kayne for describing relatives and modifying adjectival con stituents need amendmerits.
The Kayne's descript ion lacks support from Arabic data.
Therefore.
we propose an alternative analysis based on subcategorization requirement s of individual relativizers and features encoded in a minor-category.
The analysis proposed here accommodates various aspect s of the structure of nominal modifiers and the active functional feature that establi shes the relationship between a nominal modifier and the noun it modifies.
