Abstract EN

It considers the rate of meteor impacts as an indicator for the revolution of the solar system.

At this paper we have surveyed through hundreds of Islamic history books for meteors and meteor showers, which have been recorded within thirteen centuries of the Islamic history.

More than seventy cases for falling meteors at different Arab countries have been recorded.

Some of these cases indicated the direction of the falling which could encourage for more investigations in the future, and some cases did not mention the fall ending which is considered to be as flying by through the Earth atmosphere.

Also meteor showers recordings were thirty one cases during the same period.
