Abstract EN

This paper contains a survey through hundreds of Islamic history books for an important astronomical phenomenon comets, which have been recorded within thirteen centuries of the Islamic history.

Here more than eighty comets have been recorded.

The first one was comet Halley that has been observed in 68 H, at the first Islamic century, and the last one at this survey was at 1299 H.
