Arabic Abstract

The research included Abe Hayan comments in his book (Albaher Almuheet) on Alzmkhary book (Alkashaf).

The two scholars agreed in a lot of matters, but they dis agreed in some spots.

The researcher deals with the disagreement between Abe Hayan and Alzmkhary in grammatical matters as a subject for this study.

The disagreement represented in nouns, verbs, letters, pronouns, semi- sentence.

The study documented some scholars opinions who dealt with the Holly Quran grammatical analysis such as Ibn Fadal Al magashi, Abu Albagaa Alokbary, Ibn Alnahas.

The researcher presented his opinion that disagree with some of those scholars.

The findings : 1- Abe Hayan agreed with Alzmkhary in a number of matters, but he disagree with him in some of it.

2- the disagreement that took place between them is the motive for the researcher to prefer or going his opinion to one of them.

3- The disagreement between them developed the soul of study and documentary of the researcher according to his opinion.

4- Documentary that included the scholars such as Ibn Fadal Al magashi, Alokbary, Ibn Alnahas, consider to be a grammatical supply to the researcher's opinion.

Recommendations : 1- The Holly Quran must be a subject for researchers studies.

2- There is a number of subjects deald by the Holly Quran, that the researchers do not deal with in their studies.

3- The research who deals with the Holly Quran in his study.

The God help him.
