تم اختبار القابلية التطفيرية لتراكيز مختلفة غير سامة للمبيد الحشري WP 10 Cyfluthrin في كونيدات الفطر Aspergillus amstelodami و قدرته على حث طفرات نقطية (جينية) أمامية مقاومة لنظير القاعدة النتيروجينية الكوانين (8-Azg).
و ظهر من الدراسة أن المبيد Cyfluthrin مطفرا لكونيدات الفطرA.
amstelodami و لكن قدرته التطفيرية ضعيفة و تعتمد على ظروف التجربة.
Abstract EN
Non-toxic concentrations of the pesticide Cyfluthrin 10 WP were tested for thier ability to induce forward point mutations resistant to the base analogue 8-azaguanine (8-Azg) in conidia of the ascomycetous fungus Aspergillus amstelodami.
It appeared that pesticide Cyfluthrin 10 WP was aweak mutagenic under our experimental conditions.
