English Abstract
-Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony is an emerging technology slowly finding its way into military applications.
It provides several advantages over PSTN but comes short on performance, quality of service and availability. The purpose of this thesis is to improve the quality of voice in VoIP communications.
By using the new technology in wireless communication such as WiMAX to get a good return for the quality and speed the transfer of voice. Simulation shows that the performance of WiMAX network is better than those other networks.
But, on the other hand, the signal becomes more sensitive to errors. The new network of the Architecture of the network of the Voice over Internet Protocol via WiMAX technology affects the quality and speed of the received signal.
