درس تأثير مصادر من النيتروجين و الكربون على نمو ثلاث عزلات مـن الفطـر Mauginiella scaettae المسبب لمرض خياس طلع النخيل، و قد ظهر أن أفضل نمو لعزلات الفطر كان بوجود مـصادر النيتروجين العضوية و أبرزها الببتون، أما بوجود مصادر النيتروجين اللاعضوية فكان ضعيفا و خاصة علـى المصدرين NaNO3 و KNO3، و وجد أن أفضل مصادر الكربون تمثيلا من قبـل عـزلات الفطـر هـي الكالاكتوز و الكلوكوز و اقلها استغلالا البكتين و النشأ.
Abstract EN
The effect of different nitrogen and carbon sources on the growth of the three isolates of Mauginiellae scaettae were investigated.
The study revealed that the fungus utilized a broad range of nitrogen and carbon sources.
Among nitrogen sources, maximum growth was obtained on medium containing organic nitrogen sources such as peptone.
Less growth occurred in Inorganic nitrogen sources such as NaNO3 and KNO3.
Maximum growth occurred on media supplemented with galactose or glucose as carbon sources, while less growth was observed on media containing pectin or starch.
