The histopathological changes of the various organs (liver, spleen, kidney, heart, lung, ovary, testes) and body surface (footbad and skin above the base tail) of BALB/c mice Experimentally infected with Leishmania major were studies in details.
The necrosis, heavily infllrated tissues with amastigotes, granuloma, inflammai.on of-giant cells, hyperplasia, and thickening of glomerular.
Basement mem,bran: was among the main pathological changes noticed on mice during the present study.
