Abstract EN
Details of the cuticular, epidermal and anatomical features of stems, petioles and leaves of eight species of the family Chenopodiaceae were described, these species belong to seven genera, these are Cornulaca, Spinacia, Bassia, Halocnemum, Beta , seidlitzia and Bienertia.
Anatomical comparison between species was provided also.
The results showed that the anatomical characters such as the number of vascular bundles in the stem are of considerable taxonomic value on the generic level.
The anatomical characters of the leaf and stem have a good taxonomic value on the species level.
