Abstract EN
This study aims to illustrate that the civil society, which is gradually developing and growing as the state role and its capability to satisfy the needs of individuals in the Arab society are declining, could over pass the regional state through a “Civil Network” that links the Arab civil structures and institutions to each other, as this could be the only way for the Arab masses, to meet outside the closed circles that have been demarcated by the regional state boundaries.
It seems that the civil society moves on, across a network of overtaking and acting to reproduce lines of communication and contacts between the Arab masses, and to embody the values of loyalty and affiliation.
It also reshapes the Arab common sense and the Arab identity and therefore it presents the fundamentals necessary for the social unity that forms the main pillar of Arab political unity.
