Abstract EN

This study aims at analyzing the role of organizational relations management in the determination of the level of job satisfaction applied to the Industrial employees of Al-Gamel company in Karak govemorate, Jordan .

Data was collected from a suitable sample that consisted of (312) respondents.

Some statistical techniques (descriptive and analytical) were used to test hypotheses and answering the study questions.

The main results of this study can been summarized as follows : 1- In general, the attitudes of respondents were positive towards organizational relations management as an independent variable in addition to their positive attitude to job satisfaction as a dependent variable.

2- There is a statistically significant positive relationship between the organizational relations management as an independent variable and job satisfaction as a dependent variable.

The independent variable explained (59.3%) of the variance in the dependent variable - job satisfaction.
