English Abstract

This Study attcmped to Show standard of Competence and performance of syllabuses, so It aimed to investigate best syllabuses for learners of English in Sudam update developing, Strengthing, andWeakness, Facilities available at the Unversities and gather poinions from educators to develop it.

Through aspects of design ‘teacher preparation, learner, methodology, class room, and the functional of Syllabus, morevera siggested model B.ED Syllabus, textbook and reforms other objectives to show achievement in English as foreign language, the need of acoherent Universities syllabus and compare between theoretical typical and practical Universities, cmmunication and target language, this study follow descriptive and analytic metodologe.

The main results of study syllabus should be developed, ensure the teacher - learner relationship, focusing on language skills and lack of cohesiveness in the syllabus used in the target colleges.

It recommend as more hours should be given to practice, interaction with foreign language‘ using different lecturers, assignments, Siminars and psychologically Sound for leaeners who used foreign language is important .
