تمت دراسة بعض الخواص الميكانيكية للمولايت المحضر من أطوار مختلفة للألومينا و أظهرت الفحوصات للنماذج بان الصلادة كانت بحدود (18-54) ميكاباسكال و التباين ناتج عن تأثير نسبة الفجوات في النموذج.
أما مقاومة الثني فكانت بحدود (3.8-26.1) ميكاباسكال.
الخواص الحرارية التي تم قياسها للنماذج أظهرت بأن الحرارة النوعية كانت بحدود (19.28) غم.
م5 / جول، أما معامل التمدد الحراري للعينات فكانت بحدود (7.18-7.68) × 10-6 لكل درجة سليزية، و بظرف حراري (20-100) درجة سيليزية و هذه النتائج بينت إمكانية تصنيع و استخدام المولايت في الصناعات الحرارية المختلفة تطابق النتائج مع الدوريات المنشورة.
