English Abstract

Programmers of action for rehabilitation and development of war affected areas of Sierra Leone, and focused on the three contemporary aspects of rehabilitation political social and economical rehabilitation and its adequacy in scope and quality in order to provide actual picture of the contribution made through rehabilitation efforts.

The main aim of the study is to find out the contribution of the rehabilitation task force and efforts of (NGOS) working as partners with government of Sierra Leone in the rehabilitation of the war affected northern part of Sierra Leone.

The methodological approach of present study is descriptive statistical analysis in nature ; the study reached to conclusion that non government organization (NGOS) and (NCRRR) played a fundamental role in maintain people's self-esteem and hope for the future, the study recommended to ; there is need for more research in order to address the problems of internally displace person (IDPS) and device programmers for rehabilitation.
