English Abstract

The study discuss the Disasters, the definition of war, Characteristics of war and Conflicts, over View of war in Africa.

Civil war in Sudan and the input of the civil war.

The study aims at assessing Socio-economic impact on the displaced people from Southern Sudan whom living in greater Khartoum, as well as the social and cultural change among them.

The study used questionnaire, open interviews with key in formats (local leaders) and photos documentation are the methods to collect the data.

The study findings to : The number of displaced people from Bahr Eljebel State is greater than of Eastern Equatoria and the western Equatoria States, and high mortality rate was recorded among the age group 7-15 years old.

The study recommended a number of imperative and average solutions to rectify the negative impact of displacement on the displaced people and host communities.
