The assumption of responsibility of a patient receiving a psychiatric treatment during the pregnancy concerns general problems relating to chronic pathologies and the pregnancy.
In the case of the bipolar patient, the teratogenic effect of the thymoregulators implies particular precautions.
We test, through a review of the literature, to specify the elements of the choice of the thymoregulator at a pregnant bipolar woman or who considers a pregnancy.
