Abstract EN

The study in the theoritical part deals with the phenomenon of corruption , its definitions , types, causes, effect & how to measure it .

It also contains refrences to previous studies and report of international organization concerning this phenomenon and shows how it is forbidden in the holy Quran and the Prophet’s Teachings.

The second part of the study discusses and analyzes the results of field studies wich is based on a distribution of a questionnair on a random specimen of local individuals and whose number was (162), in the city of albeidha the center of Green Mountain sh’abiyah in libya .This questionnair aims to collect the people’s opinions concerning this phenomenon in the public adminsteration offices and its causes as they believe.

For this reason, a group of hypotheses have been formed to be tested and verified in order to put forward realistic and scientific conclusion to this phenomenon and show same recommendations for its treatment.
