Primary HP is an uncommon disease in which the amount of parathyroid hormone in the blond stream is increased.

This study describes and discuss the relationship between giant cell granuloma in the jaw of 20 years old female and hyperparathyroidism which has been discovered in the jaw without skeletal involvement
