Abstract EN

A new series qf coumarin sulphonamides has been investigated for hypoglycaemic activity in mice.

All these derivatives (Ia-n) showed this activity.

Some of the tested compounds (Ia-f) proved to be remarkably active hypoglycaemic agents.
