هذه الحادثة توضح حالة قادرة على النسب بعملية الاشتغال التلقائي.
لقد تم تغطية تسلسل الوقائع خلال الحادثة و تم التركيز على طريقة التحقيق الطبقي في عملية البحث.
هذه الطريقة تتعلق بالأنظمة الإدارية للعمليات الهندسية.
تمت مناقشة الأسباب التي أدت إلى الحادثة و كذلك التوصيات اللازمة لعدم تكرار حوادث مشاركة في المستقبل.
Abstract EN
A spontaneous ignition incident that occurred in a stockpile of animal Iced concentrate is discussed.
The incident illustrates a situation, which can cause a spontoneous ignition.
This paper covers the chain of events during the incident and focuscs on the layered investigation approach, this approach deals with management systems.
The causes that led to the Occident and the recommendations for reducing similar incidents in the future are discussed.
