تم فحص التركيب الكيميائي لمستخلص من مخلوط متساوي من المذيبات الكلوروفورم و الميثانول للمرجان الناعم رمفيلا اجريجاتا الذي تم الحصول عليه من مياه البحر الأحمر السعودي و الذي وجد أنه يحتوي على سبعة مركبات : 1- تتراديسيل جليسيريل أثير (1) و 1- هكساديسيل جليسيريل أثير (2) و كوليسترول (3) و 22 – ديهيدروكوليسترول (4) و فوكوستيرول (5) و 5أ، 8أ – إيبي داي أوكسي أرجوستا -6، 22- دايين (6) و فوكوستيرول (7).
تم إثبات التركيب الكيميائي لهذه المركبات باستخدام القياسات الطيفية مثل الرنين النووي المغناطيسي أحادي و ثنائي الأبعاد للكربون و الهيدروجين و كذلك طيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء و أيضا مقياس الكتلة.
Abstract EN
Chemical investigation of the chloroform/methanol extract of the soft coral Rumphella aggregata (Gorgoniidae), was collected from Saudi water of Red Sea, found to produce seven compounds; 1-O-tetradecyl glycerol (1), 1-O-hexadecyl glycerol (2), cholest-5-en-3β-ol (3), cholest-5, 22-dien-3β-ol (4), fucosterol (5), 24R-5α, 8α- epidioxyergosta-6, 22-diene (6), and fucoxanthin (7).
The structures of all compounds were estimated based on extensive spectroscopic measurements 1D and 2D NMR, IR, and MS.
