Modern human communities are considered to be diverse due to the ever increasing economic and cultural international conncectedness brought about by globalization.

As a result of this ethnic and cultural diversity, the talk about a common and a unifying tongue is in real need of revision because linguistic ecologies in spite of their geographical unity has become thanks to the economically motivated human migrations closer to multilinguism than to monolinguism.

Consequently, the reflection on didactic approaches is currently focused on the accommodation of individuals multilinguism, and inclined towards the linguistic and teaching approaches that take into consideration cultural specifities that lead to inter lingual enrichment and allow intercultural communicative approach as one of the approaches that have been developed specifically to respond to the educational, cultural and societal needs of multilingual communities.

The present study attempts to evaluate the importance and pertinence of the approach to the management of teaching the Arabic tongue to its native and non native speakers, so as to emphasize the humanistic role of this tongue being the tongue of the last monotheistic religion.
