مقدمة : من أهم مميزات غرس الأسنان المباشر بعد الخلع توفير الوقت اللازم لالتئام المغرز السني قبل عملية الغرس و حفظ العظم السنخي من التآكل الذي يحدث بعد الخلع.
لكن الاختلاف بين الشكل الهندسي للغرسة و الشكل التشريحي للجذر السني أدى إلى وجود فجوة حول الغرسة.
هناك محاولات لملء هذه الفجوة أما باستخدام غرسة ذات شكل مماثل للجذر أو بملئها بأحد الطعوم العظمية. الهدف من البحث : هو دراسة تأثير بيتا ثلاثي فوسفات الكالسيوم على الالتئام العظمي حول غرسات الأسنان الفورية بعد الخلع من حيث ملاءمة حافة العظم و كثافة العظام حول الغرسة في مرحلة ما قبل التحميل. طرق البحث : أجري هذا البحث باستخدام عشرين غرسة وضعت بعد الخلع مباشرة و تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين.
المجموعة الأولى غرسات تم وضعها بعد الخلع مباشرة بدون أي إضافات.
المجموعة الثانية عشر غرسات تم وضعها بعد الخلع مباشرة و ملء الفجوة العظمية حول الغرسة باستخدام مادة بيتا ثلاثي فوسفات الكالسيوم.
و قد تم عمل الفحص الدوري بالأشعة في الفترات بعد شهر و نصف، و بعد ثلاثة أشهر، و بعد ستة أشهر و ذلك لدراسة التغيرات المختلفة في كثافة العظام و الحافة العظمية حول الغرسة. النتائج : أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على فترات البحث بعد الشهر و نصف و بعد الثلاثة أشهر و بعد الستة أشهر بزيادة فقدان العظم في المجموعة الأولى.
Abstract EN
Objective : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of p-tricalcium phosphate as a grafting material on the integrity of crestal bone around immediate implants.
Patients and Methods : Ten patients were selected in the study.
Each patient received two implants which were inserted immediately post extraction in the same area bilaterally.
One implant was inserted without any grafting material and considered in group I (control group), other implants w'ere inserted and sealed with p-tricalcium phosphate granules and considered in group II (test group).
Each patient was evaluated clinically and radiographically immediate post-operative, 6 weeks 12 weeks and 24 weeks following the opera tion.
Results : There was a significant increase in the crestal bone loss in group 1 compared to the group II throughout the evaluation periods.
Conclusion : When (3-tricalcium phosphate is applied with immediate implants.
It preservs the marginal bone integrity during the healing period.
