Abstract EN

Abu Nawas's Diwan contains quotations from the Holy Qur'an and this is evidence that the poet was heavily affected by the Holy Qur'an, and his Diwan included many of the phrases of the Qur'an in various poetic purpose such as: spinning, poetic, satire, nasib, praise, khmriaat and other.

The Poet also had obvious ability to quote and include that in his poetry and it was observed that the quotation took two aspects, the first one is appropriate quote linguistically and technically and another inverse linguistically and marally.

Abu Nawas was a versed poet and more capable by converting the text to its purpose and what he wanted, so he used the meaning of prostration and praise for wine as if it "God" even in the praise of princes and Caliphs he used to quote from the verses of the Qur'an many structures, and when he repented to Allah, Abu Nawas used the verses of the Qur'an and the meanings of the Holy Qur'an to the text which he wanted.

Now in the Second aspect he used many of the meanings of the Qur'an for the purposes of misplacement, for example he described the lover who asks something about love of his beloved as a poor fellow who wants something to help him in his life and many other of examples.

In fact that what draws attention and raises the eyebrows and think, and he reasoned that may be he was asking fame or to excite people around him, perhaps the influence of bad companionship, specially "the companions of drinking wine" and because of his funny and strange personal he tried to experiment with everything In the end Abu Nawas repented to Allah with high effect in the Holy Qur'an.
