مع مرور الزمن والتطورات الكبیرة التي تمثلت بظهور الحاسوب بدأت هذه الإدارة بالاستناد إلى العملیات التحلیلیة و البیانات العملیة و من خلال الاعتماد الكبیر على التقنیات تم استحداث عملیات الصیرفة الإلكترونیة التي أصبحت الصیغة الأكثر انتشارا في عالم الصیرفة و نظرا لشدة المنافسة فقد لجأت المصارف إلى عملیة إعادة الهندسة المستندة إلى التكنلوجیا لتحقیق الأداء المتمیز الذي یمكنھا من البقاء و الاستمرار.
لقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لاختبار مدى إمكانیة استخدام إعادة هندسة عملیات الأعمال المصرفیة في تحسین الأداء باعتبارھا مدخلا إداریا حدیثا و متجددا خاصة في مجال إدارة المصارف و قد تم تحلیل هذه العملیات في أربع من المصارف العالمیة التي قامت بعملیات مختلفة لإعادة الهندسة خلال الفترة من (2000 - 2011) و قد تبین من خلال تحلیل مؤشرات الأداء قبل القیام بعملیات إعادة الهندسة و بعدھا بأن هناك تأثیرات واضحة في مجال تخفیض التكالیف الإداریة و تحسین العائد على الموجودات على الرغم من أن نتائج عملیات إعادة الهندسة تحتاج إلى فترات طویلة نسبیا للتحقق.
Abstract EN
Until some 40 years ago, the process of bank management was based on assumptions and experience, and with the appearance of computers, management was increasingly based on empirical data and analytical processes.
Computerization of banking has began with data processing, then it was moved on to information processing, so that the processing of specialized knowledge in the function of decision-making could be reached in the latest period.
Information technology and information systems are increasingly being designed as expert systems, which are in function of banking experts, Due to accelerated expansion of electronic banking systems, it comes to major upheavals in the essence of ebanking, which is becoming synonymous with modern banking.
Today, banking business is entirely based on technical and technological resources and ICT becomes a guide for strategy and reengineering.
